For solo mechanics
One mechanic. The whole shop. From your pocket.
You take the call, take the car, do the work and take the money. Independent mechanic shop management that fits that day, with nobody at a front desk and nothing typed twice.
A day with no service advisor
The parts of the day that used to need a second person.
Every step below writes to the same job. You do the work; the record does the admin.
Requests land in the calendar, not in your voicemail.
A request from your website carries the customer, the car and the problem. You confirm the time or propose another, from wherever you are. Double bookings are refused before they happen.
Check-in is a mileage and a tap.
The job is already there with the customer and the vehicle on it. You record the mileage, take the keys and start the inspection with the phone in your hand.
The link does the explaining.
Findings with photos become estimate lines. The customer gets a link, reads your plain-language reason for each line and approves or declines line by line. You are under the car, not on the phone.
Approved lines become the repair order. Nothing to retype.
Timer, parts, notes and photos on the job. If a part is late, the job goes on hold with a reason and the customer can see why.
The invoice is the repair order with a number on it.
Generated from what was actually done. Take a card at the counter or a deposit up front, record it, release the car. The balance is always on the job.
The follow-up sends itself.
What the customer declined stays on the car as a recommendation. When it is due, the reminder goes out within the consent they gave, and the next booking lands on the same record.
Built for one pair of hands
What you stop doing.
The system is not a universal CRM with a mechanic mode bolted on. It is the job, and the job is the only thing on the screen.
Typing the same customer into three documents.
Calling a customer back to read them an estimate.
Chasing a quote that was never answered.
Remembering who was due for brakes in the spring.
Working out at the end of the month whether a job made money.
Straight answer
Where it stands today.
We would rather you knew this before the demo than after.
The backend that runs every step above: customers, vehicles, calendar, inspections, estimates with approval by link, repair orders, invoices, payments, recommendations, follow-up messages, profit per job.
The phone screen you would use in the bay, the Staff app, is in development. So are the Customer Portal and the WordPress booking plugin. Until they ship, the customer-facing side works by link.
Quoted per shop, not per seat, and a one-person shop is quoted as one. Data export is never locked behind a tier, and cancelling is simple.
Show us your day. We'll show you the workflow.
