Auto repair shop software for independent shops

Run the whole repair job from your phone.

Booking to payment on a mechanic's phone, with no service advisor and nothing typed twice.

Built for shops with one to ten people, 200 to 3,000 active customers, and several jobs a day.

A mechanic checking a phone beside a car on a lift in a small repair shop.

Re-entry

The same customer and car typed into the estimate, the work order and the invoice.

Lost estimates

A quote the customer never answered, and nobody had time to chase.

Admin time

Paperwork at the end of the day, when the bay is finally quiet.

The workflow

One job. Twelve steps. One record.

Booking → Check-in → Inspection → Estimate → Customer approval → Repair Order → Work → Quality check → Invoice → Payment → Recommendation → Repeat booking

Teal steps are the customer's. Every step writes to the same job, so nothing is typed twice.

No re-entry

One entry. One job. One place.

Customer and vehicle go in once. The inspection becomes the estimate, the estimate becomes the repair order, the repair order becomes the invoice. Nothing is typed twice.

Search by name, phone, VIN or plate.

Several vehicles per customer, one history each.

CSV import, duplicate merge and full export at no extra charge.

Declined work

Brings back the work they said no to.

A declined repair is not lost. It stays on the vehicle as a recommendation with a due date or mileage, and the follow-up goes out on its own, within the consent the customer gave.

Recommendations with urgency: critical, soon, maintenance, optional.

Messages driven by events and consent, not by someone remembering.

Repeat booking from the same record.

Profit

Profit on every repair, not just at year end.

Gross profit per repair order, average invoice, revenue and margin by period. The owner decides who can see cost and margin.

Lead source on every job, from landing page and UTM to actual revenue.

Deposits, taxes, discounts and expiry on estimates.

Audit of critical actions.

Where you use it

Three screens. One backend.

The backend that runs the job is built. The three front ends that sit on it are in development, and they are labeled that way everywhere on this site.

Planned

Staff app, on the mechanic's phone

One vehicle card, one next action. Photos, voice notes, timer, estimate, invoice and payment from the bay.

Planned

Customer Portal

Magic-link sign-in. The customer approves or declines each line of the estimate, follows the repair, sees the photos, pays the invoice and books the next visit.

In development

WordPress plugin

Online booking and estimate requests on your own site, as Elementor widgets, Gutenberg blocks or shortcodes. The data lives in the backend, not in WordPress.

About the plugin

Straight answer

What's built, and what isn't.

We would rather tell you this than show you a mock-up and call it a product. The backend is delivered and tested. The screens are being built on top of it.

Built today

The backend

Customers and vehicles, entered once and reused in every document.

Day, week and month calendar, online booking, working hours, service durations, double-booking protection.

Estimate to repair order to invoice with no re-entry.

Estimate approval by link, line by line, with deposits, taxes, discounts and expiry.

PDF documents, partial and full payment.

Vehicle history, recommendations and declined repairs retained.

Automatic messages driven by events and consent.

Profit per repair order, lead-source tracking through to revenue, audit of critical actions.

Pricing

Quoted per shop. Not per seat.

We price on locations and the features a shop actually needs, and we put it in writing before you commit.

How pricing works

Per location and feature tier, not aggressively per seat.

Limited-access mechanic users do not carry full seat pricing.

Variable costs such as SMS, telephony, AI and storage shown transparently.

Data export is never locked behind a higher tier.

Simple cancellation.

See it on your own shop's terms.

Tell us about your shop. We'll walk through the workflow with you and quote it.
