Features

Everything the job needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Repair order software for an independent shop, grouped the way the work is grouped. Every capability on this page is in the backend today unless it says Planned.

Planned

designed, not yet shipped

Customers and vehicles

Entered once. Used everywhere.

A customer goes in once. Every vehicle, document, photo and message hangs off that record, so the estimate, the repair order and the invoice never ask for the same thing twice.

Customer and vehicle data reused across every document

Several vehicles per customer, each with its own history

Search by name, phone, VIN or plate

Consent and contact preferences kept on the record

Three cars parked nose-in outside the shop, seen from the bay.
Two empty bays with the lifts down in early morning light.

Calendar and booking

A calendar that says no to double bookings.

Day, week and month views. Working hours and service durations are set once; the calendar checks every request against them before it lands.

Inspections

Findings with a photo and a reason.

Each finding gets an urgency, photos and a plain-language explanation written for the customer, not for the mechanic. Findings become estimate lines with one tap, so nothing is typed twice.

Urgency: critical, soon, maintenance, optional

Photos and a customer-visible explanation on every finding

“No issues found” is recorded explicitly, not left blank

Findings become estimate lines without re-entry

A card reader and a phone on a clean shop counter.

Estimates, repair orders and invoices

One document becomes the next.

The estimate turns into the repair order, the repair order turns into the invoice. Totals are recomputed from what was actually approved and done, and every version is kept.

Estimate approval by link, line by line, with expiry

Taxes, discounts and deposits on the estimate

Repair order built from approved lines only

Invoice generated from the closed repair order, as a PDF

Payments and deposits

Partial, full, deposit. All against one balance.

A deposit on the estimate, a card at the counter, a transfer a week later: every payment is recorded against the same invoice balance, and the job completes when it reaches zero.

Vehicle history

The car remembers, even when the customer doesn’t.

Every job, finding, estimate and invoice stays with the vehicle. A declined repair is kept as a recommendation with a due date or mileage, ready for the next visit.

Full job history per vehicle

Declined repairs and recommendations retained

Due date or due mileage on every recommendation

Photos kept with the job they belong to

Follow-up and automation

Messages that go out because something happened.

Booking confirmations, reminders, “your car is ready”, unpaid invoice nudges, estimate reminders, declined-repair follow-ups and maintenance reminders are all driven by events on the job and by the consent the customer gave.

Automatic messages driven by events and consent

Transactional and marketing consent kept separate; opt-out honoured

Owner dashboard

Profit on every repair, not just at year end.

Gross profit per repair order, average invoice, revenue and margin by period. Who can see cost and margin is a permission the owner sets, not a default.

Lead source tracking

From the ad click to the paid invoice.

Every booking request carries where it came from. That source follows the job through to the appointment and to the revenue it produced, so you know which channel pays.
